I may have to promote a forced write-in (if the LP.org won't have me or a nomination meeting with all who are interested in making a case), or maybe supporters will have the money, paper and auditor so I can sign the "drafting" paper for Vancouver Centre, trust me, look at the bureaucrasy to seek office violating the rights and freedoms regarding liberty in the Canadian Charter.
